Conducting thorough delay analysis and revising programs for Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Package 01. It involves preparation of baseline programs and comprehensive revisions to accommodate Extensions of Time (EOTs) as needed. Additionally, narrative reports were prepared to document the evolution of both baseline and revised programs, ensuring clarity and transparency in project management and timeline adjustments.
