Scope of work

Designing and Consultation of a Two-story house, for Mr. Sritharan. The scope includes comprehensive project planning and management consultancy services for the entire project life cycle phases, including designing, progress monitoring, and refurbishment. This project involves the refurbishment of an existing two-story house, focusing on achieving a modernized, box-type look. The refurbishment includes selective demolitions, architectural enhancements and structural improvements, Tasks include the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), conceptual drawings, architectural and structural drawings, MEP drawings, 3D renderings, and overall project management and documentation during both the construction and refurbishment phases. This includes cash flow monitoring, resource allocation, schedule tracking, quality assurance, and quality control, alongside construction supervision. The project aims to ensure seamless coordination and execution from initial planning through to construction and refurbishment completion.
