Scope of work
Project aims to deploy local expertise for consultancy services focused on the operational and maintenance planning of Sri Lanka's pioneering Multi-Modal Transport hub located at Makumbura-Kottawa. This includes appointing a Deputy Team Leader, a Project Management Specialist, and a Management Information System Specialist to ensure effective oversight and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
