Scope of work

Our scope include comprehensive project planning and management consultancy to the principal contractor, M/S. Gamini Constructions. Responsibilities entail preparing and advising on baseline schedules, managing revised and recovery timelines, and developing segment-specific schedules. Preperation of Monthly Progress reports, Preperation of Monthly progress presentations, maintaing the issue, risk, lessons learnt registry. Iterative monitoring on each month, using a KPI dashboard. Visiting site to confirm actual progress data jointly with a site official. Additionally, we will identify potential time-related claim scenarios and provide planning-related correspondence and document control.
