Scope of work

Designing and Consultation of a three-story house, accommodating three separate units for Mr. Hameed Mohamed Haseeb, Mr. Mohamed Haziq Hameed, and Mr. Hameed Sanoon Mohamed Husail. The scope includes comprehensive project planning and management consultancy services for the entire project life cycle phases, including designing and progress monitoring. Tasks including the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM) conceptual drawings, architectural and structural drawings, MEP Drawings, 3D drawings etc as well as overall project management and documentation during the cosntruction phase including cashflow monitoring, resource monitoring, schedule monitoring, Quality assuarance and quality control, construction supervision. The project aims to ensure efficient coordination and execution from initial planning through to construction completion.
